Membership Terms and Conditions

Welcome to our exclusive membership program! To ensure you enjoy all the benefits of being a Selfie Member, please review the following terms and conditions:
​12-Month Minimum Term: Becoming a Selfie Member requires a commitment of at least 12 months. This allows us to provide you with the best possible experience and consistent value throughout your membership.
Complimentary Birthday Gifts: As part of our appreciation for your commitment, we offer complimentary birthday gifts to our members on an annual (12 month) basis. However, in order to receive complimentary birthday treatment you must commit to a 12 month term (without holds). Additionally, if you choose to cancel your membership before the 12-month term is completed, the cost of these gifts will be charged to your account.
Promotions and Offers: To maintain the integrity of our membership benefits, members cannot combine membership perks with monthly office promotions; they must choose one or the other. This ensures that all our members receive the best value without any conflicts or overlaps with other promotions.
​Member Credits Usage: Member credits can be used at any time. However, please note that membership perks will NOT be honored if your membership is on hold or has been cancelled.
Credit Expiration: Member wallet dollar credits do not expire if they are not used.
Expiration and Renewal Notifications: All members will receive an email notification when their membership is about to expire or if it is past due. Reinstatements will only be allowed a max of 2 times.
Accessing Wallet Details: Members can access their wallet details and credits through the patient portal.
Membership Hold Policy: As a one-time courtesy, members may place their membership on hold for up to 60 days within a 12 month period. This hold, however, does cancel all complimentary services and only allows the membership discount on all services one the membership is reinstated. During this 60 day hold period, treatments will be at full price.
